Launch of the MyDream Project

Samsung India, Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti, and UNESCO MGIEP, New Delhi, India, 2019

Co-conceptualized the two-year research study titled "My Dream Project" aimed at improving learning outcomes and reducing stress among school students through Project Based and Social-Emotional Learning interventions. The project received financial support from Samsung India and implemented by UNESCO MGIEP in Jawahar Navodaya Schools.

CoDesign Workshop Series

UNESCO MGIEP, New Delhi, India, 2019

Co-facilitated a series of CoDesign workshops led by the Games for Learning and FramerSpace teams of UNESCO MGIEP. 140 school students participated over the course of 4 workshops. The workshops were co-organized by Magic Bus, Jamghat & TouchDown Gurus.

Pre Conference Capacity Building Workshops

2nd Transforming Education Conference for Humanity (TECH), Visakhapatnam, India, 2018

Led the organization of seven pre-conference workshops, over two days at the 2nd Transforming Education Conference for Humanity. The workshops trained a group of over 200 students, environmentalists, scientists, educators, entrepreneurs, and teachers from India, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Bhutan, and Bangladesh. The workshops were organized by a diverse group of experts from industry and academia including Unity Technologies, Microsoft, and University of Michigan.

Adoption of The Vizag Declaration

2nd Transforming Education Conference for Humanity (TECH), Visakhapatnam, India, 2018

Led by the MGIEP Games for Learning team and endorsed by the ICT Minister of the state of Andhra Pradesh, Sri Ganta Srinivas Rao, the Vizag Declaration on Guidelines for Digital Learning was adopted at the 2nd Transforming Education Conference for Humanity. The declaration called for the establishment of an international group of experts to develop draft guidelines for the design and development of educational applications.

Cantors World: Training the Trainers Workshop

UNESCO MGIEP, New Delhi, India, 2018

Co-facilitated a two-day workshop with 8 professors from 6 universities of the Asia Pacific. The workshop aimed to train the participants on using the game Cantor's World by UNESCO MGIEP and Fields of View as a learning resource in the classroom. Cantor's World is a digital simulation game targeted towards masters level students of economics and public policy.
