Researcher | Teacher | Gamer

I study the design and curriculum integration of digital games for learning. I have created curriculum guides for various commercial and serious games, managed multi-stakeholder, international projects, designed and organized large conferences, and taught high school mathematics. Currently, I am a Ph.D. Candidate in Learning Sciences at the Technology, Learning, and Cognition Lab led by Dr. Adam Dubé at McGill University. My thesis focuses on the design of digital games for building geometrical understanding of adolescents and studying the impact of "narrative" as an instructional feature on learning.
